The Vitruvian method

Proportion is not how a body looks. It is how a body is.

Symmetry of the frame means nothing without symmetry of the systems that hold it up. Outside and inside.

A body is not a set of parts to be trained in isolation. It is six systems held in one equilibrium, each one true only in relation to the others. Structure gives it a frame. Fuel gives it material. Connection keeps the frame aligned. The Governor decides how hard it is asked to work, and when it is allowed to rest. Restoration is where the building actually gets built. And the Architect holds the design, and the person, accountable to see it through.

Miss one and the equilibrium tilts. Train the frame with no fuel and it starves. Fuel it with no governor and it breaks. This is why enhancement without a blueprint enhances a fragment: it changes one variable in a system of six. We coach all six as one. That is the whole method, and it is the reason a result holds. Master the form.

The Vitruvian method

Six systems.
One equilibrium.

Proportion is not how a body looks. It is how a body is. The method holds six systems in balance, outside and inside. Each is taught below.

Enhancement sits on top of the six. Never inside them.

IStructure

The frame carries everything.

The visible architecture: bone, muscle, the lines you can see. We build it the only way it is built, under load, with progressive overload programmed session to session. Nothing you take grants a frame. A frame is earned rep by rep, and once it is there it is the platform every other system stands on.

IIFuel

Material, measured.

Protein-anchored nutrition from real food, counted rather than guessed. The silent failure of the enhancement era is under-eating on a suppressed appetite: losing the very material the frame is made of. We fuel the frame on purpose, to a target, so the body has something to build with. Questions about any medication go to your prescriber; the plate is ours.

IIIConnection

The web that holds the frame true.

Fascia and mobility: the connective web that keeps the structure aligned as it grows. A frame built without it develops out of true, strong in places and locked in others. We program the mobility and tissue work that lets the structure move the way it was drawn, so strength arrives with range, not at the cost of it.

IVThe Governor

Load, unload, adapt.

The central nervous system sets the ceiling on what the body can take. Periodization is how we respect it: waves of load followed by deliberate unloading, so the body adapts instead of grinding toward injury. This is the difference between training that compounds and training that plateaus. We load you hard, then we back you off on purpose. Both are the plan.

VRestoration

Where the building gets built.

Training is the stimulus. The build happens during recovery, most of it during sleep. We read it from the wrist: sleep, resting heart rate, the signals that say the body is adapting or falling behind. A plan that ignores restoration is a plan that overwrites its own progress. We treat recovery as training, because it is.

VIThe Architect

A design, and someone accountable to it.

Five systems need a sixth to hold them together: the design itself, and a human who holds you to it. The architect reads your data, keeps the equilibrium, and adjusts the plan as your body changes. On the coached tiers this is a named person reviewing your actual work. Accountability is not a feature bolted on. It is the system that keeps the other five honest.

The one rule that governs the rest

Enhancement sits on top. Never inside.

Enhancement sits on top of the six systems, never inside them. Miss the systems and you are only enhancing a fragment. What you take is a conversation with your prescriber. What you build is a conversation with us. That boundary is not a disclaimer we tolerate. It is the design principle the whole method rests on.

The NexusBody Vitruvian seal

Vitruvius wrote it. Leonardo drew it. We coach it.

The oldest idea in human aesthetics is proportion. It was written two thousand years ago and drawn five hundred years ago. Our part is the newest instrument there is: an intelligence layer that renders the six systems against that ancient standard, from your own data.
