One method. Three levels of access.
Every tier runs the same blueprint. What scales is access to the architect. The front door is the same for all three: a 7-day free trial through the quiz.
Launch pricing. Refunds are our risk reversal: we hold price and return money if the product fails.
The expensive thing is not the coaching.
An enhancement arc is expensive in three currencies: money, discipline, and time. The expensive mistake is spending all three without a blueprint for what to build with them.
Consider what a serious arc already asks of you. The out-of-pocket cost, month after month. The discipline to stay with it. The months of your life it occupies. That is a large investment by any measure, and it buys change. What it does not buy, on its own, is a plan for what that change becomes.
Without a foundation underneath it, the change is a rental. The scale moves, then the result softens, and the work of holding it starts over. With the six systems underneath it, the change has something to become: a frame that stays, fueled and recovered and progressed by design. The coaching is a fraction of what the arc already costs, and it decides whether the rest of that spend compounds or evaporates.
We will not tell you what any medication does. That is a conversation with your prescriber. We will tell you that spending a window like this without a blueprint is the one cost nobody itemizes, and the only one we can help you avoid. Master the form.
Why is NexusBody a membership?
Recomposition is a supervised arc, not a file you download once and follow forever. Your body changes week to week, and the plan has to change with it: more load here, more protein there, a deload when the signals say so. A static program cannot do that. Supervision can.
The membership is the supervision. On Self-Guided, the app carries the adjustments automatically. On Coached and Private, a human architect carries them, reading your actual work and moving the plan as your body earns it. You are not paying for access to content. You are paying for the system that keeps the six in equilibrium as you change.
NexusBody, a generic app, or going alone.
The features every serious plan shares are assumed. These are the differences that decide the result.
| What decides the outcome | NexusBody | A generic workout app | Going alone |
|---|---|---|---|
| A program matched to you | Matched and confirmed | Templated | Improvised |
| A human architect | On coached tiers | None | None |
| Proportion, read as gauges | The six systems | Steps and calories | The mirror |
| Enhancement-aware coaching | Planned around your arc | Not considered | On your own |
| Accountability cadence | Set by tier, it holds | A notification | Willpower |
Coaching support varies by tier. Individual results vary. Enhancement is planned around, never prescribed: medication questions belong with your prescriber.
The terms, in the open.
How do I cancel?
In the app, anytime. We would rather return your money than trap you in a plan that is not working.
Can I pause?
Yes. Life interrupts arcs, and a pause keeps your intake and history intact so nothing is asked twice when you return.
Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers?
Both, anytime. Many people start on Self-Guided and move to Coached when they want the architect in the app. A cancelling Coached member is offered a lighter tier before any other option, so the fit is right rather than final.
What does the 7-day free trial include?
The app, your matched program, and your starting targets, free for seven days through the quiz. It is the front door to every tier.
Do you accept HSA or FSA?
Not currently. NexusBody is coaching, not a medical service, so it does not qualify. If that changes, we will say so plainly here.
What about partner or clinic pricing?
Med spas and clinics are a separate conversation with its own economics. That lives on the Partners page, and it starts with a call, not a checkout.
Access to the architect.
Every tier starts the same way: two minutes, a blueprint, a free week.
